Headliners FAQs and COVID Info

Dear Headliners and Production Simple Fans,

Given the unprecedented number of shows that have been postponed, rescheduled or cancelled recently, we wanted to let you know that as a locally owned and operated business we need your help to survive the severe impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic. We created the below to let you know about our policies regarding tickets you might have to a show that has been rescheduled, postponed or cancelled. As you look over your options, please know that we understand the impact of Covid-19 has affected all of us differently and we want to present options that reflect that. We can’t wait to be able to open our doors to you again, sharing amazing music and creating new memories with the community that has supported us for decades. Please read below to see our official ticket holder options.

Canceled Shows

Option 1:  You may donate your ticket money to the Headliners Music Hall Survival Fund by emailing info@headlinerslouisville.com and letting us know what show you were going to attend and that you wish to donate.
We’ll take care of the rest.

Option 2: You can exchange your tickets for a voucher valued up to 150% of the face value of your ticket(s) to be used once we are allowed to operate. We will honor this single use voucher for 6 months from the time of the exchange. To request a voucher go here.

Option 3: If the above options do not work for you, you can click here to request a full refund. Please allow 20 days for processing. Refund requests will be honored for 30 days from the date ticket holders are notified. If you purchased from the Headliners box office directly, you may seek your full refund after we return to normal operations. For customers who purchased tickets through a resale platform or distribution partner, the customer will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner.

Rescheduled & Postponed Shows

Option 1: Hold onto your tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled events.

Option 2:  You may donate your ticket money to the Headliners Music Hall Survival Fund by emailing info@headlinerslouisville.com and letting us know what show you were going to attend and that you wish to donate. We’ll take care of the rest.

Option 3: If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, you can exchange your tickets for a voucher valued up to 150% of the face value of your ticket(s) to be used once we are allowed to operate. Option 4. If the above options do not work for you, you can click here to request a full refund. Please allow 20 days for processing. If you do not request a refund within the 30-day window, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you purchased from the Headliners box office directly, you may seek your full refund after we return to normal operations.
